Andrew Jagniecki, West Michigan Artist and Craftsman

Andrew graduated with a BFA from Grand Valley State University in late 70's.  There his education was based on art history, painting, drawing, sculpting and printmaking.  He served as the printmaker's assistant to Takeshi Takahara at Grand Velley, where his passion for printmaking became his main focus in his art.  Additionally he studied printmaking under Mauricio Lasansky, a wolrd renown printmaker at the University of Iowa's MFA program.
